		<description>Pam,  I applaud Nokia and other manufacturers that are taking the initiative to lessen their environmental impact.  It does make a difference when I shop.  My next phone will be a Nokia.  The waste stream generated by discarded packaging materials is enormous.  If you have bought any electronic device mail order, you can see the huge amount of money and resource that is spent just to protect the product from careless handling.  I would challenge Fed EX, UPS, and other transportation and logistics companies to improve their handling practices so that we as an industry can eliminate much of this packaging waste.</description>
